We have a 35' fifth wheel RV with three pop-outs, for rent. If you love the mountains and four seasons, and don't mind the drive, this is a pleasant place to live. We are looking for a quiet, kind person, couple or small family of 3 to share our land. The RV is tucked back into its own corner and has a nice view & privacy with its own driveway. The renters must be fine with dirt roads, some barking, and be familiar with RV camping. You'll need to get a Starlink dish for excellent Internet. Includes water and trash service and is on septic. Has a washer & drier, kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Ceiling is 6' in bedroom. Excellent personal references & prior landlord references are necessary as well as a background check & credit check.
