I also keep an older van on the property that must stay in the driveway. My grandchildren and family in AZ will also come and stay in the studio various times throughout the year. Ceiling fan with light and remote. Walls are painted a tan color. Huge Kitchen and dining room area is larger than living room. Dining room is 12.5 x 17 and kitchen is 10.5 x 10.5. New refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave, garbage disposal all within the last 5 years. Ceiling fan in dining area with light. Can lights in both kitchen and dining area. Master bedroom 16' by 13' has walk in cedar closet. This will get new vinyl wood planks. Painted soft white. Sliding windows with screen look out to side of house.( might get replaced) Ceiling fan with light. Small master bathroom with single sink /vanity and toilet. Standard size shower with sliding glass doors. Vinyl tile floor. Linen closet in the bathroom. Small window with louvered windows looks out to front of house will be replaced with double panes. Large Mirror and medicine cabinet. Door to garage exits from your bathroom. ( I know..unconventional) 2nd bedroom-10' by 16' has huge closet with two ceiling height sliding doors with shelves for lots of storage. Closet may be remodeled. Nice window with blue curtains. Room faces the back yard. Ceiling fan with light. New vinyl plank flooring Walls have soft white color. 3rd bedroom has large closet with one sliding door. Vinyl plank flooring. Window looks into back yard. 10' by 12' 2nd bathroom has new vanity and darker blue sink and counter. Tub with shower with hose attachment. Tile floor. Back Yard will be remolded and have outdoor carpet that can be vacuumed and a great option for kids and a few planters for your gardening pleasure. There are large pine trees in neighbor's yard which gives you lots of great shade in the summer time. I will also likely install a solar shade cloth so you can relax at all times in your back yard. Cement sidewalk wraps around the house. There is a raised flower bed along back fence which also works great as a garden. Tenants are responsible for taking care of the plants that are there when you move in. There is a wonderful grapevine in the backyard that grows 50+ bunches of red grapes up to 18" long. The landlords Studio also looks into the back yard but a fence will be added this year to give the tenants more privacy. Garage- Has lots of built in storage shelves and cute play fort area with ladder for the kids on the top of the built in cedar closet from the master bath. Maytag washer and dryer. *Garage door opener. Front yard has nice grassy area with huge planter across the front of the house with saga palms and flowering plants. Front yard and all planters are on automatic sprinklers. Tenants are required to keep them in good working condition. Tenants pays the Gas and Electric, and trash bill. (approx $300 per month for all when you are not using the air conditioner) Landlord pays the cable and internet bill, and water/sewer bill. (Negotiable if you want higher speed or more channels.) Landlord paying the water bill will have a cap on the amount to prevent misuse ($165). More pictures upon request.
